Sommer 7: responds with actions to those who accused him of a performance drop. Outstanding against Pohjanpalo, equally so against Oristanio. Saves the result multiple times.

Pavard 6: the yellow card doesn’t scare him and he accepts any kind of challenge. Not substituted, becoming a pleasant exception for Inzaghi.

De Vrij 6: confident in ball management, but in the second half Pohjanpalo becomes much more challenging.

Bastoni 6.5: on fire and in the game from the first to the 90th minute, when he rises and joins his teammates in the offensive phase, he is a loose cannon (from 70′ Bisseck 4: once again the weak link in defense in the final minutes, another error that could have been very costly).

Dumfries 6: starts well, with several overlaps on the wing, but fades towards the end. Doesn’t face much opposition on the right, maybe could have been a bit more daring.

Barella 6: more subdued than usual, does his job, but it’s strange to see him so elusive (from 70′ Calhanoglu 7: the change in tempo is evident from his entrance. Goes close to scoring, if not for a vigilant Stankovic in his path).

Zielinski 5.5: not enough, because he doesn’t make glaring errors, but leaves many gaps that, against a more equipped team, would have caused big trouble (from 84′ Frattesi n/a).

Mkhitaryan 6: a few centimeters offside denies him the joy of a goal, while he squanders a chance from inside the penalty area.

Dimarco 7: you find him even in the penalty area to untangle the most dangerous situations, as well as pushing relentlessly on the wing. Never runs out of fuel (from 76′ Darmian n/a).

Thuram 5: he also joins the “I eat the impossible” club, with two costly mistakes that keep the game open.

Lautaro 6.5: when he scores, fans breathe a sigh of relief, after the usual string of missed opportunities in front of goal (from 70′ Taremi 6: tries to play the ball with physicality. Appreciable effort, less effective execution).

Simone Inzaghi 6: the three points were all that mattered, but the attitude is not a jewel. The team plays well, but lacks finishing, a major issue for this year’s Inter. Regardless, the -1 against Napoli was the mission, and it’s accomplished.

The Fiorentina has just released a statement regarding the situation at the Franchi stadium. Following the announcement from the Municipality of Florence, the club has issued a response.

New developments on the construction site at the Franchi stadium after the Municipality announced further delays and that the works will not be completed in time for the club’s centenary.

Fiorentina, Franchi Stadium: The Club’s Statement

ACF Fiorentina, in response to today’s statement from the Municipality of Florence regarding the Franchi Stadium, clarifies that the Municipality has provided information in recent days regarding the progress of the works and the delays that are already expected by the end of 2026.

The Club can only express discontent and surprise considering the cooperation always shown, such as leaving the stadium free from the end of May to mid-September this year.

Further possible activities for the second part of the works have also been outlined, which at the moment could still involve several months away from the Franchi. Scenarios that can only generate concern and disappointment. In light of the latest information provided, as already communicated to the Municipality, the conditions for any involvement of Fiorentina in the project will need to be re-evaluated.

There is still great regret for not having been able to complete the New Franchi with previous interlocutors, which in 2019, President Commisso wanted to realize at his own expense, only to realize that this was never allowed.

The Franchi Stadium, already a construction site since February 2024, will remain so with all the economic and sporting difficulties that follow, certainly throughout the 2026/27 season, the year of the centenary.

Il Milan ritrova Nkunku per la sfida contro il Pisa, resta incerta la presenza di Loftus-Cheek, ancora in fase di recupero e forse bisognoso di altro riposo.

Il Milan si prepara ad affrontare il Pisa con una buona notizia: il recupero di Christopher Nkunku. Dubbi su Loftus-Cheek
