A dull draw with few chances was seen at San Siro in the big match between Milan and Juventus valid for the 13th round of Serie A.
The game ended 0-0, with only three shots on target, two of which were from Juventus, easily blocked by Mike Maignan.

The result does not satisfy either team. For Paulo Fonseca’s Milan, this draw means 19 points in the standings (one less game due to the postponement against Bologna), but with the missed opportunity to get closer to the European zone. The Rossoneri remain in seventh place, with the risk of being overtaken by Bologna who could gain points in the next round.
On the other hand, Thiago Motta’s Juventus, despite remaining unbeaten in the league, does not celebrate. Injuries have influenced the team’s tactical choices, with Juventus fielding without natural central forwards. The Bianconeri climb to 25 points, catching up with Fiorentina and Lazio, but still 3 points behind Inter, with hopes of making up ground in the upcoming matches.
A match in which both coaches tried to find balance but failed to break down the opposition’s defense, in a contest that, unfortunately, offered few interesting attacking insights.
Below is the match summary:
Milan (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Emerson Royal (39′ st Calabria), Gabbia (39′ st Pavlovic), Thiaw, Theo Hernández; Fofana, Reijnders; Musah (39′ st Chukwueze), Loftus-Cheek (25′ st Pulisic), Leao; Morata. Subs: Raveyre, Sportiello, Okafor, Tomori, Terracciano, Camarda, Abraham. Coach: Fonseca
Juventus (4-2-3-1): Di Gregorio; Savona (45’+1′ st Danilo), Gatti, Kalulu, Cambiaso; Locatelli, Thuram; Conceicao (35′ st Fagioli), Koopmeiners, Yildiz (45’+1′ st Mbangula); McKennie (35′ st Weah). Subs: Perin, Pinsoglio, Danilo, Rouhi, Mbangula. Coach: Motta
Referee: Chiffi
Bookings: Leao, Emerson Royal, Fofana (M), Gatti, Locatelli (J)

No good news for Cagliari of Pisacane, who is coming off a home defeat against Bologna: injury for a defender.
The Sardinians are preparing for the next league challenge against Hellas Verona. However, the coach must deal with physical problems affecting a key player for him: Yerry Mina. The Colombian suffered an injury in the match against Bologna in the last round and is now working separately to recover. His condition will be evaluated ahead of the next league match.

“Coach Pisacane’s red and blue team took to the field this afternoon at the CRAI Sport Center for the resumption of training: thus began the week that will lead Cagliari to the match of the 8th round of the Serie A championship against Hellas Verona, scheduled for Sunday, October 26.
The first part of the session was dedicated to ball possession exercises, followed by a series of small-sided games. To finish, an aerobic workout. Yerry Mina, who needs to recover from a strain in the left thigh flexors, worked individually, along with Alessandro Di Pardo, Marko Rog, Nicola Pintus, and Boris Radunovic.
Tomorrow, Wednesday 22, a new training session is scheduled for the morning.”
