Probable lineups and where to watch it

Palermo–Spezia is one of the matches scheduled for the fifteenth round of Serie B. Below are the latest news, probable lineups, and where to watch it.
Incandescent atmosphere in Sicily on the football side. Palermo, in fact, is going through a really dark period, with results keeping the rosanero far from the top of the standings.
The 1-1 draw against Sampdoria postponed the appointment with victory, which has now been missing for four rounds.
An opposite situation to what the Ligurians are experiencing, second and still incredibly unbeaten in the league. The strength of Luca D’Angelo’s men is certainly the defense, best in Serie B, with only 8 goals conceded after 14 rounds.
Palermo’s Lineup
Dionisi’s men are going through a negative period and want to come out of it, perhaps by delivering the first seasonal blow to the vice-leader.
The usual 4-3-3 for the rosanero, with Nikolaou and Beniya in the center of defense, supported on the wings by Diakite and Ceccaroni and Desplanches in goal at the Barbera.
Segre, Ranocchia, and Verre will form the midfield, with the attacking trio of Insigne–Henry–Di Francesco in front of them.
Spezia’s Lineup
D’Angelo does not want any drop in concentration, and even in Palermo, the goal will be victory. The hopes of the Ligurians rest on the shoulders of Pio Esposito, with already seven goals scored this season.
The attack of the little eagles will rely on the jewel owned by Inter, and on Soleri.
For the rest, the lineup will be the usual one, with the young Bertola once again starting in defense and the trio Cassata–S.Esposito–Nagy forming the midfield.
Probable Lineups
Palermo (4-3-3): Desplanches; Diakité, Baniya, Nikolaou, Ceccaroni; Segre, Ranocchia, Verre; Insigne, Henry, Di Francesco. Coach: Alessio Dionisi
Spezia (3-5-2): Gori; Mateju, Hristov, Bertola; Vignali, Cassata, S. Esposito, Nagy, Elia; Soleri, P. Esposito. Coach: Luca D’Angelo
Where to Watch

Sampdoria, the management has decided to confirm Andrea Sottil despite the negative period the team is going through. Sunday sees the formidable away match against Sassuolo.
In the end, Sampdoria thought that it was not necessary to rely on a third coach this season. After the hair-raising 3-3 draw against Catanzaro, in fact, the management decided to confirm Andrea Sottil on the bench.
A choice certainly made for financial reasons, but also certainly for the desire not to cause further disruptions, focusing on the players’ pride, who seem to be lost. In the last five league games, in fact, there have been two draws and three defeats.
The playoff zone, meanwhile, has not slipped away (there are two points that separate the blucerchiati from eighth place), but it is almost certain that, continuing on this trend, the risk of creating a significant gap with the positions that matter is very real.
Looking ahead to the next league match, on Sunday, there is the away trip to Sassuolo. The neroverdi have not lost since the fourth matchday and have a team that is clearly above average and, not by chance, sits at the top of the table.
Yesterday, however, Fabio Grosso’s men suffered a tennis-like defeat in the Coppa Italia. The 6-1 loss at San Siro against Milan, although heavy, in part can be considered a separate story, given that the Emiliani’s only seasonal goal is promotion back to Serie A.
The biggest risk in the match at the Mapei Stadium, therefore, will be facing a wounded opponent eager for revenge, as well as technically well-equipped in terms of individuals.
Speaking of individuals, finally, there is good news from the infirmary for Sottil, who could call up both Coda and Borini against the neroverdi. The two, in fact, did differentiated work on the field yesterday and could be available on Sunday, although they are not yet at 100%.
