Juventus-Lecce, meeting valid for the 32nd round of Serie A: curiosities and statistics on the match scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 8:45 pm.
Juventus-Lecce will close Saturday’s Serie A.
The Bianconeri come to this challenge in fifth place in the standings with 56 points, one less than Bologna and one more than Lazio. Since the arrival of Igor Tudor, the Bianconeri have achieved a victory against Genoa and a valuable draw against Roma.
Also, Lecce led by Giampaolo, fourth from bottom in the standings with 26 points and a 2-point margin above the relegation zone, are coming off a 1-1 draw at home against Venezia. The Salentines are looking for crucial points in the survival race.
Below are curiosities, statistics, and previous encounters of Juventus-Lecce.

Juventus-Lecce: curiosities and statistics
Juventus has only lost four of the 37 matches (24W, 9D) played against Lecce in Serie A; however, three of these defeats of the Bianconeri came in the second half of the season, including the two most recent losses in February 2011 (0-2 away) and April 2004 (3-4 at home).
Lecce has failed to score in 18 of the 37 matches played against Juventus in Serie A; only against Inter have the Salentines been goalless for more matches (21) in the top flight (18 also against Milan).
Juventus has only lost one of the 18 home games (13W, 4D) played against Lecce in Serie A: the 3-4 defeat on April 25, 2004, with Marcello Lippi on the Bianconeri’s bench and Delio Rossi on the Giallorossi’s.
Juventus has won five of the last six Serie A games (1L) played at the Allianz Stadium – as many victories as the Bianconeri had in the previous 16 home matches (11D) – keeping a clean sheet in four of them: during this period (from the beginning of 2025), no team has collected more home clean sheets than Juventus in the tournament (four also Fiorentina and Genoa).

Lazio, good news: Rovella shortens recovery time

Good news for the unlucky Lazio of Maurizio Sarri: Nicolò Rovella is recovering optimally from pubalgia – early return anticipated?
The Lazio coach can finally smile. One of his most important players, Rovella, is showing great improvements. The midfielder is recovering from pubalgia by choosing to undergo conservative therapy rather than surgery, which would have kept him out for a longer period. So far, his choice seems to be paying off: his physical condition is significantly improving.

When will Rovella return to Lazio?
If things continue in this way, Nicolò Rovella could return to the field even before the November break. Initially, his reintroduction was scheduled for the middle of next month, but given the improvement in the situation, an early recovery is now likely. Of course, the midfielder will not be available for the match against Juventus in the next Serie A round, but he will be evaluated for the subsequent matches.

No good news for Cagliari of Pisacane, who is coming off a home defeat against Bologna: injury for a defender.
The Sardinians are preparing for the next league challenge against Hellas Verona. However, the coach must deal with physical problems affecting a key player for him: Yerry Mina. The Colombian suffered an injury in the match against Bologna in the last round and is now working separately to recover. His condition will be evaluated ahead of the next league match.
Cagliari, the club’s statement

“Coach Pisacane’s red and blue team took to the field this afternoon at the CRAI Sport Center for the resumption of training: thus began the week that will lead Cagliari to the match of the 8th round of the Serie A championship against Hellas Verona, scheduled for Sunday, October 26.
The first part of the session was dedicated to ball possession exercises, followed by a series of small-sided games. To finish, an aerobic workout. Yerry Mina, who needs to recover from a strain in the left thigh flexors, worked individually, along with Alessandro Di Pardo, Marko Rog, Nicola Pintus, and Boris Radunovic.
Tomorrow, Wednesday 22, a new training session is scheduled for the morning.”
