Ratings, on the other hand, have increased in the passing sphere, starting from an average of 7.6 per game, to now almost 10.

In short, even though Gimenez hasn’t scored in eight matches (with the most recent one dating back to February 13), he now finds himself having to face the two important matches against Atalanta and Inter wearing the Rossoneri shirt, in what we could try to imagine as a normal settling-in period.

A transitional moment, from a foreign game with less pressure defenses to a much more aggressive and high-paced one, which will determine whether this Mexican center-forward is actually suited, or not, to Italian football.
