Parma is in search of new talents after Chivu

Everton is intent on negotiating with Manchester City for the loan of Jack Grealish, but they must face competition for his signature and the negotiations are likely to be complex.
The adventure of Jack Grealish at Manchester City is coming to an end. The English winger, after a season spent more on the bench than on the field, will be left out of Pep Guardiola’s squad for the Club World Cup. This is a clear sign that he has fallen to the bottom of the Catalan coach’s hierarchy, especially in light of the new signings made by the Citizens. Grealish is demanding playing time, also to have a chance of being included in the England squad for the upcoming World Cup.
According to the TEAMtalk website, among the most likely contenders to secure the number 10 from Manchester City is Everton. The Toffees are ready to negotiate with the Manchester club to sign him on loan. The main obstacle to the deal is represented by Grealish’s high salary: 12 million pounds per year.

Newcastle and Aston Villa also considering Grealish
Although Manchester City is willing to loan out Grealish, they will ask for a substantial fee for the loan. Additionally, Everton must compete with other Premier League teams for the English winger. As reported by TEAMtalk, among the clubs interested in Grealish, especially with a favorable deal, are Newcastle and Aston Villa.
The Magpies are in search of a new attacking addition and have inquired about the Birmingham native. Currently, the Grealish option is not heating up for manager Eddie Howe. The main targets requested by the coach are Anthony Elanga from Nottingham Forest and Joao Pedro from Brighton. From the player’s perspective, there are also doubts related to Newcastle: although the possibility of playing in the Champions League is a factor not to be underestimated, Grealish would face strong competition from Anthony Gordon: the player who has taken his place even in the National team.
Aston Villa is another team interested in Grealish. The 1995-born winger, who came up through the ranks at Villans, would welcome a return to Birmingham. Grealish could be an excellent option to replace Marcus Rashford. However, in this case as well, Grealish would have to compete with Morgan Rogers, who is a key player for Unai Emery.
Everton, confident of closing the deal
Everton is, in fact, the only team that has started negotiations with Manchester City. The Liverpool club is keen on beating the competition for the City star. The Everton manager, Moyes, does not want to miss the opportunity to sign Grealish, whom he considers a top-level player.
