The Argentine has clear ideas

Rome: even on vacation, Paulo Dybala is working to be ready for the summer retreat of the Giallorossi. The Argentine hopes to renew his contract, but the final decision will be up to Gasperini.
Paulo Dybala and the strong desire for Rome. Through his Instagram profile, the Argentine attacker shared some photos of his daily training in the United States to prepare for the upcoming season. The Joya, who has been out for the last two months of the season due to a left semitendinosus tendon injury, hopes to speed up the process. According to the schedule, his return is expected in August, but Dybala is pushing to be available by July 10, the date when Roma under Gasperini will gather for the summer retreat. This shows how the Giallorossi’s number 21 intends to work with the new coach of the Roman team right from the start.
Now a true veteran within the Trigoria locker room, as evidenced by his closeness to Claudio Ranieri and the whole team at the end of the season, supporting his teammates from the bench in the last crucial matches. Dybala hopes that the club will offer him a contract renewal.

Rome, Gasperini’s final say on Dybala’s renewal
Dybala now feels connected to Rome. After turning down the lavish offer from the Arabs last season, the Joya has become even more tied to the Capital. For this reason, he has asked his agent to work on a new agreement that could allow him to stay with the Giallorossi in the coming years, spreading the high salary to meet the club’s demands. His former coach Claudio Ranieri has put him back at the center of the Giallorossi’s project and is in favor of his confirmation.
But the final decision will be up to Gian Piero Gasperini. The former Atalanta coach, who also worked with Dybala in his (brief) experience at Palermo, will have a lot of decision-making power regarding the technical choices for the team composition. Both the Friedkin family and Ranieri have full confidence in the work and the project that the coach has in mind. While Dybala is indisputable from a technical standpoint, his physical fragility could raise some doubts. Gasperini’s Atalanta has often been sublime in terms of athletic freshness and physical form, and he intends to bring his style of play to Rome as well.
The further growth expected from Baldanzi and Soulé could lead the Giallorossi to consider the possibility of doing without Dybala. At the moment, there are no signs in this direction. Dybala will try to convince his new coach with his performances.

Will Franco Israel be guarding the goal in Torino-Genoa?

Doubt in Torino. Franco Israel’s conditions could make him miss the match against Genoa. The match will take place at 12:30.
The goalkeeper of Torino is in serious doubt for the match against Genoa; the trauma to his right rib, suffered in the match against Napoli, does not seem to have fully healed.
During the match against Napoli, the goalkeeper received a nasty blow which was then evaluated by the medical staff of the granata. The result: the goalkeeper was unable to complete his normal weekly preparation and, for this reason, does not seem to be included in the lineup of twelve against the Grifoni.
Today, however, we await the official medical report on the condition of the twenty-five-year-old Uruguayan.
If the results are not positive for Franco Israel, then it will be the turn of his substitute Paleari.
Torino, currently in 15th place in the Serie A standings, is waiting for the official results of the goalkeeper Israel’s physical condition.

What happened to the Torino goalkeeper and what to expect in the coming hours
The player received a blow during the match against Napoli (in which the granata won 1-0 against the Neapolitan team). A joy broken by the injury that appeared, from the very beginning, quite serious.
To worsen the mood of the Turin club, the player’s absence in the weekly training session (to prepare for the match against the Ligurians) and, therefore, rumors about his health status have increased.
This absence itself would suggest, regardless of the verdict, that the goalkeeper will be absent on the field tomorrow, Sunday, October 26, but what is most breath-taking is the medical report.
Genoa, the team that is bottom of the Serie A standings, could take advantage of this forced stop to try and secure three much-needed points. At this point in the season, in fact, the Ligurians must try to drastically change their fate, otherwise a future relegation seems more than likely.
The team of Marco Baroni must instead keep their eyes on the horizon and not lose concentration in order to continue to stay in the middle of the table and then, who knows, even try to climb up the ranks.

Milan, Modric: “A big shame, we threw away 2 points”

AC Milan midfielder Luka Modric commented on the bitter 2-2 draw against Pisa in a press conference.

Milan, Modric’s words
MILAN-PISA 2-2
“We expected this match, they came to defend and make our lives difficult. It’s our fault if we didn’t win: we didn’t do enough to win the game. We lost two important points today. These home games, with all due respect to Pisa, you have to win them.”
TIGHT MARKING?
“It’s fair, I have to adapt. We need to play better overall: we did some good things, created many chances but didn’t score. But I have to adapt for the rest.”
APPROACH
“We should have killed the game in the first half. We played well, but only scored one goal. We started the second half sluggishly, then there was the unfortunate penalty and goal. But that’s football, that’s why it’s beautiful: even if you’re stronger and deserve to win, anything can happen. We are sad and angry for losing two valuable points.”

The post Milan, Modric: “A big pity, we threw away 2 points” first appeared on Calcio style.

We made mistakes, we need to reflect. However, Pisa played their game

AC Milan waste a great opportunity to consolidate their lead: from 1-0 to 1-2, they need the final minutes to avoid a sensational defeat. The risk of losing the top spot for Milan is now concrete.
It was supposed to be a quiet evening for the Rossoneri, an opportunity to strengthen their first place in the standings and face the midweek round with serenity. Instead, against a brave Pisa, the Rossoneri complicate their lives and have to thank Athekame, the author of the 2-2 in injury time, for avoiding an embarrassing loss.
AC Milan-Pisa 2-2: match analysis
The match started off on the right foot thanks to Leao’s goal after just seven minutes. But Allegri’s team, instead of closing the game, relaxed, showing presumption and lacking ruthlessness in front of goal. In the first half, Milan controlled but did not score, and Pisa stayed in the game.

In the second half, Gilardino played his trump card: Cuadrado’s entry changed everything. The Colombian won and scored the penalty for 1-1, his eighth goal in career against the Rossoneri, then inspired the counterattack that led Nzola to the sensational 2-1. Milan, confused and lacking clarity, tried to react, with Leao hitting the crossbar, Nkunku wasting a possible lead.
Only in injury time did the equalizer come, signed by Athekame, avoiding a heavy defeat but not erasing the bitterness. Perhaps the Rossoneri paid for their lack of respect for the opponent, just as Allegri had warned before the start of the match.
A necessary reality check, because on Tuesday in Bergamo Milan risks not showing up as the league leaders.
