LAST MINUTE Milan, Napoli stopped by Musah: the reason

The agreement between Milan and Napoli for Yunus Musah seemed close, but in the last few hours the Neapolitan club has interrupted contacts.
Yunus Musah seemed on the verge of joining Napoli, with negotiations close to completion. However, according to market expert Alfredo Pedullà, the Neapolitan club has decided to temporarily halt contacts due to the high stakes game played by Milan.
Napoli believes that an offer of 20-22 million euros plus bonuses is more than adequate for the 2002-born player, and is not willing to go further. The amount is already considered high, relative to the player’s performance last season, and the Azzurri management does not intend to enter into auctions. The negotiations are therefore at a standstill: they will be revisited, but only on the conditions set by Napoli.

Milan, Musah heading to the Premier League?
Despite the setback with Napoli, Milan remains confident due to the long contract that ties Musah to the Rossoneri until 2028. The American midfielder continues to have admirers, especially in the Premier League, where some clubs have already shown interest. West Ham, in particular, has inquired and could make a concrete offer in the coming days.
Napoli, on the other hand, remains ahead in the race for the player, especially due to Conte’s desire to include him in the new technical project and the American’s willingness to move to the Campania capital. At the moment, however, the negotiations are stalled: everything postponed to next week.

Bayern Munich, Eberl’s Words
The future of Michael Olise
The sporting director of Bayern Munich, Max Eberl, confirmed the absence of a release clause in Michael Olise’s contract. The young talent, whose contract is valid until June 2029, is set to become one of the best players in the world according to statements made to “11 Freunde DE”. This strengthens the position of the German club, which aims to build a solid and competitive team around Olise.
Bayern’s Strategy
The absence of a release clause means that Bayern Munich has complete control over Michael Olise’s future. This represents a strategic advantage for the club, which does not have to fear irresistible offers from other teams. Furthermore, the fact that Olise’s contract is valid until 2029 guarantees stability and continuity to the project, allowing the player to grow and mature in the ideal context of the Bundesliga.
