In the spotlight: Premier League defender targeted – Soccer style

New movements in defense: Juventus evaluates an exchange to strengthen. Clear ideas and contacts already initiated. Here is the name and details of the operation.
According to Sky Sport, the Juventus management would have set their sights on a new central defender. In recent days, the stay of Kelly in Turin — just redeemed from Newcastle — has become permanent, but this does not seem to have appeased the doubts of Juventus.
The defender brought in by Giuntoli last January, in fact, has not convinced neither the fans nor the professionals at Vecchia Signora, leaving the issue related to the defensive department still open.
And here comes the idea of Aguerd. Central defender owned by West Ham and a key part of the Moroccan national team, he was acquired from Rennes — one of the most reliable talent factories in France, and beyond — for the amount of 35 million euros (excluding bonuses). An important investment, which the player has never fully justified with his performances on the field.
In the last season, Aguerd left London to move on loan to Real Sociedad, where he made 36 total appearances in La Liga, Europa League, and Copa del Rey, finding more continuity and space compared to his experience in the Premier League.
Now his return to England is expected, but the feeling is that his future is still unwritten. It is not excluded, in fact, that he may soon pack his bags, thus definitively saying goodbye to the Premier League without having left a concrete mark.
The contract expiring in June 2027 should allow West Ham to at least obtain a partial return on the investment, avoiding having to sell the player at a discounted price. Juventus, which has already initiated initial contacts with the English club, seems willing to include a technical counterpart in the operation. The proposed name is that of Daniele Rugani, who — after completing his spell at Ajax — was added by Igor Tudor to the Juventus group participating in the Club World Cup.

Max Eberl, sporting director of Bayern Munich, spoke before the Champions League match against Club Brugge tomorrow evening.
Bayern Munich, Eberl’s Words
The Future of Michael Olise
The sporting director of Bayern Munich, Max Eberl, confirmed the absence of a release clause in Michael Olise’s contract. The young talent, whose contract is valid until June 2029, is set to become one of the best players in the world according to statements made to “11 Freunde DE”. This strengthens the position of the German club, which aims to build a strong and competitive team around Olise.
Bayern’s Strategy
The absence of a release clause means that Bayern Munich has total control over the future of Michael Olise. This represents a strategic advantage for the club, which does not have to fear irresistible offers from other teams. Furthermore, the fact that Olise’s contract is valid until 2029 guarantees stability and continuity to the project, allowing the player to grow and mature in the ideal context of the Bundesliga.

Rome, offensive problems continue for Gasperini, who continues to rely on Dybala in the false nine position. The French striker is an option.
Rome, target Kalimuendo
With the ongoing issues plaguing the Giallorossi, it is necessary to return to the market in January. In this context, Lina Souloukou comes into play, currently at Nottingham Forest. The English club is in free fall, following the sensational dismissal of Espirito Santo and the subsequent one of Postecoglou, and yet they had invested heavily in attack. First with Ndoye, then with Kalimuendo. The former Rennes striker is struggling to fit into the playing system, due to the rapid changes in coaches, and could soon bid farewell to the Premier League.

The plan for the French striker
The French forward was purchased from Ligue 1 for 30 million euros. A figure that scares Serie A clubs, but Roma is studying the formula to bring him to the capital. According to the Corriere dello Sport, the Giallorossi would aim for a six-month loan with a purchase option. If the player adapts, Gasperini will do everything to keep him, otherwise he will return to his base. In the meantime, the 2002 class has informed his agents to explore opportunities. Among these are the Romans, with Massara who knows the boy very well. Below is the post on X from the sports newspaper:
🇫🇷Rome #Roma can’t score, #Massara thinks about #Kalimuendo: with what formula can he arrive. And there’s Lina #Souloukou https://t.co/fQf0wh6eqQ
