Inter exercises buyback option for Zalewski
The Inter has decided to exercise the buyback option for Nikola Zalewski. The Nerazzurri club, pleased with the performance of the Polish winger who arrived in the last January transfer window, has decided to pay the 6.5 million euros included in the agreement with Roma. Zalewski, who arrived at the request of Simone Inzaghi, is considered a valuable member of the squad by Christian Chivu for his versatility. The Romanian coach has already used the 2002-born player in the early matches of the Club World Cup, both as a winger and as an attacking midfielder. Inter itself, on its official profile, confirms the success of the operation. Zalewski, who came up through Roma’s youth system, now leaves the Giallorossi on a permanent basis.
