Naples, the Osimhen soap opera is over. The Nigerian moves to Galatasaray for 75 million euros, signing a contract until 2029 with an annual salary of 18 million.
A Record Market Move
One of the summer transfer market sagas has come to an end, after weeks of rumors and negotiations Napoli and Galatasaray have reached a definitive agreement for Victor Osimhen’s permanent transfer to the Turks. The Nigerian striker, who was a key player in the Azzurri’s Scudetto victory two seasons ago, has been sold for a record sum of 75 million euros, equal to the value of the buy-out clause.
The contract signed with the Turkish club will last for four years, until 2029, with an annual salary of 18 million euros. This deal not only confirms Galatasaray’s ability to close high-level negotiations, but also highlights Osimhen’s importance in the international football scene.
Galatasaray accepts Napoli’s conditions: details of the agreement
For Napoli, the sale of Osimhen represents an important strategic move. Once the right financial guarantees were obtained, the Azzurri discussed with the Turkish club the inclusion of additional clauses, such as one regarding future resale. Specifically, the agreement between the two clubs includes: the immediate payment of 40 million euros, with the remaining 35 to be paid within a year. In addition, Napoli will receive 10% of the player’s future sale, and a penalty in case of Osimhen’s sale to an Italian club in the next two years.

Inter, treasure trove set aside for a big defensive move
Inter Eyeing Upamecano, Kim, and Guehi for Defensive Reinforcements
Visualizzazioni: 33
The Inter Milan team is always on the lookout for opportunities in the transfer market and is currently exploring options to strengthen their defense. With Francesco Acerbi likely entering his final season with the club, the management is keen on finding a suitable replacement for the veteran center-back.
During the summer transfer window, the club pursued several defensive targets but failed to secure any signings apart from Akanji. Players like Giovanni Leoni and De Winter were considered, but deals did not materialize. As a result, Inter has decided to be patient and make a strategic acquisition rather than rushing into a transfer.
Sporting director Piero Ausilio and technical director Baccin are actively scouting for potential targets, with three names standing out in particular: Dayot Upamecano, Kim, and Marc Guehi.
Upamecano, currently at Bayern Munich, has a contract expiring in 2026. Despite his good relationship with the club, negotiations for a contract extension have not yet begun, prompting Inter to inquire about the French defender.
Kim Min-jae, another player of interest, has struggled to secure a regular spot at Bayern and might be looking for new opportunities. Although he is not a free agent, his price tag of around 30 million makes him a valuable investment.
Lastly, Marc Guehi, who will be leaving Crystal Palace at the end of the season, is also on Inter’s radar. The English center-back had come close to a move to Liverpool last summer but now remains open to offers from other leagues, including Serie A.
As Inter continues its search for defensive reinforcements, these three players have emerged as potential targets to bolster the team’s backline.
