Genoa, Vieira’s Words
Following are the words of the rossoblu coach:
Reaction
“Yes, well-deserved. A difficult match, a game that we expected from a technical aspect, Como likes to have the ball. It was important for us to continue to grow, we took a step forward and were always aggressive. We accepted one-on-one situations. Congratulations to the group, the organization we had…”
About Fabregas
“No, we didn’t say anything to each other.”
Referee
“I don’t know, you have to ask the referee. I was too tall and heavy. I would like to talk about the team. This group deserves it, it wasn’t easy on the field. How we attacked them, the personality shown is important.”
About Colombo
“No, this is the third match. For me, teamwork matters, with and without the ball. Scoring goals and the game to create opportunities. Tonight we could have done more. The goal will come, we have to keep working with humility. Ekuban scored, seeing the substitutes who brought quality… that’s how we move forward. It’s important for us, we searched and continued to move forward. A deserved point, we deserved even more.”
Ekuban is always there. Norton-Cuffy plays anywhere…
“I believe Ekuban is a player with many qualities, today he scored and was very important for the team. Also for him, we are managing the physical part. When he is fit, he can do very well for us. Norton has grown a lot, the victory against England in the Euros gave him confidence, he is a different player. He knows his quality well. To have a game like the one against Juve and like tonight… there is room for growth, in choices and technique we can do even better.”
Bonucci surpassed Gattuso. Can the coach’s role in the match change?
“Yes, it can change, but we have our technical staff up there (in the stands, editor’s note), we have to consider what they see.”
The entry of another center forward changed the formation and the match. Can it be a solution from the start?
“I think when you dominate the match it can be easier, but for me, it is important to find the right balance. Today I decided to start with Colombo, he had a tough game but I’m happy with what he does for the team. We have to help him be more in the area. We have to create more for him, but today with two forwards we did well. But animation is more important than formation.”
How did you turn the game around?
“I asked the players to continue playing with intensity, to continue to be aggressive because they take risks by continuing to play. We gained confidence, we were better physically in the second half due to the intensity we put in and it changed the game in the end.”

“Coach Pisacane’s red and blue team took to the field this afternoon at the CRAI Sport Center for the resumption of training: thus began the week that will lead Cagliari to the match of the 8th round of the Serie A league against Hellas Verona, scheduled for Sunday, October 26.”
“The first part of the session was dedicated to ball possession exercises, followed by small-sided games. To finish, an aerobic workout. Yerry Mina, who must recover from a strain in the muscles of his left thigh, worked individually, along with Alessandro Di Pardo, Marko Rog, Nicola Pintus, and Boris Radunovic.”
“Tomorrow, Wednesday 22nd, a new morning training session is scheduled.”

Milan, Pasquale Bruno criticizes Gimenez: “Those who simulate are poor players”

Juventus, a year ago was destined to leave Turin, today is one of Tudor’s certainties. The choice of the management to renew him has become a sign of continuity and trust.
Just a year ago Daniele Rugani seemed to be saying goodbye to Juventus. Like it happened to Huijsen, Soulé and partly to Federico Chiesa, for him too the club had drawn a clear line: those who did not fit into Thiago Motta’s technical plans were invited to find a new placement. But the fate of the Tuscan defender took a different turn.
Despite having a contract expiring eight months from the end of the season, the Juventus management decided to exercise the unilateral renewal clause for another year, a clear sign of trust. Despite everything, Rugani has proven to be a reliable, serious, and professional player, earning a leading role in a team still in search of balance.
Juventus, Tudor’s few certainties
In a complicated moment for the defense and more generally for Igor Tudor’s Juventus, number 24 represents a technical and moral certainty, a symbol of belonging and continuity. The club, which a year ago seemed ready to turn the page, has instead decided to focus on a player who knows the environment, accepts hierarchies, and knows how to be ready when needed.
In short, after almost ten years in black and white, Rugani has returned to being more than just a backup!
