Inter closes the season with a positive balance: record numbers and net profit for the first time in 15 years. This is an important milestone for the club.
Inter has released the financial results of the previous season, marking a historic milestone with the highest revenue volume ever and a net profit at the end of the financial year for the first time in 15 years.
The official announcement reads: “MILAN, September 29, 2025 – The Board of Directors of F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A. has approved the budget project for the 2024/25 fiscal year during the meeting held today at the Club’s headquarters. The results will be subject to evaluation and approval by the Shareholders’ Meeting of F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A., which will be convened in mid-October.”
The revenues for the 2024/25 season were 567 million euros, the highest value ever reached by the club and a record for Serie A. This success is due to the increase in income from domestic and European competitions and participation in the first edition of the Fifa Club World Cup. The balance sheet closes with a net profit of 35.4 million euros, compared to a loss of 35.7 million in the previous fiscal year, with a net increase in production value of 70 million euros.
Inter’s Press Release
Inter’s press release continues by revealing the total early repayment of the previous senior secured bonds of Inter Media and Communication S.p.A. and obtaining a long-term loan for the Club of 350 million euros. This financing has received an “investment grade” credit rating.

Beckham-style operation? – Soccer style

AC Milan could make a rather sensational market move: Son Heung-Min could arrive from the USA, a move in the style of Beckham.
AC Milan could make a rather sensational market move: Son Heung-Min, player of Los Angeles FC and former Tottenham, could arrive from the USA. With the end of the MLS season coinciding, the Korean player would like to play to stay in shape for the World Cup. It would be a move similar to what the Rossoneri did in the past with Beckham.

AC Milan, intriguing possibility: Son could arrive from the USA, Beckham-style operation in 2010
At AC Milan, a surprise big player could arrive, also due to a peculiarity related to the calendar: in fact, not all leagues end their season in June, but in some leagues (especially those in North America) the season ends in December to resume in late spring. But now in the MLS, many players are also top national team players, some want to stay in shape since the World Cup is coming up in June. Among them is Son Heung-Min, a midfielder for Los Angeles FC who could arrive at AC Milan in January, according to some English rumors.
Indeed, finishing his commitments with the California franchise before Christmas, he would then be inactive for a good 4 months before resuming in April. This is too long if you want to be in shape for the World Cup, and that’s why a loan deal could be sought, as was done with David Beckham, who arrived at AC Milan twice, in 2009 and 2010, precisely while the MLS was on a break. An episode that led the North American league to introduce a special clause for those who want to continue playing even when the MLS is on break.
However, for Son, AC Milan is not the only option: there is also the possibility of a return to Tottenham or playing in his homeland in South Korea, but the Rossoneri want to exploit the Beckham option, especially because during that period in the past they struggled more in terms of results. That’s why a player like Son would be needed, despite his age.
