Is David returning to Ligue 1?

The Serbian forward is out of contract and remains one of the prized pieces in the Juventus transfer market. The Bianconeri are reflecting on the future, while Bayern and two other Premier League clubs are observing with interest.
The contractual situation of Dusan Vlahovic continues to be the center of attention at Juventus. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serbian forward – whose contract is expiring and is at the center of a complex negotiation for renewal – could be one of the protagonists of the January transfer market.
After a summer where no agreement was reached for a transfer, Juventus is now considering the possibility of monetizing before the contract expires, thus avoiding the risk of losing the player on a free transfer. Among the clubs that have shown the most interest is the name of Bayern Munich, which has already inquired about the situation of the Bianconeri’s number 9.
The German club could indeed try to anticipate the competition, moving in the winter session to secure Vlahovic’s contract and avoid a summer auction with the big Premier League clubs.

Juventus, not just Bayern on Dusan…
From England, there is also interest: Manchester United and Chelsea have been following the Serbian’s profile for some time, appreciating his physicality, goal-scoring sense, and young age. Both clubs are looking for a reliable finisher, and the player’s contractual situation makes the deal particularly attractive.
For its part, Juventus would not close the door to a transfer, especially if a suitable offer were to arrive that would allow the club to generate capital gains and reinvest in the market. However, the decision will not be easy: Vlahovic is currently the team’s top scorer, with 4 goals in 8 seasonal appearances – only two of which were as a starter – proving to be a valuable asset for Allegri in terms of effectiveness and impact.
A performance that clearly places him above other forwards who have been followed in the past by the Bianconeri management, such as Jonathan David (one goal in seven games) or Loïs Openda (still goalless after five appearances, although not all as a starter). Data that make Juventus’ choice even more complex: sell now for economic reasons or bet on Vlahovic as the symbolic figure of the technical project?

The return of Matías Vecino brings oxygen to Sarri’s Lazio: after two months of absence, the Uruguayan is ready to return already against Atalanta.
In a stormy context like the one that has been going on for a few months within the walls of Formello, a news like the return of Matías Vecino, Sarri’s protege, among the candidates for a place in the starting eleven for the match against Atalanta, turns out to be truly a godsend, given the proven need for new names in midfield, in light of the news of Rovella’s injury, added to the exclusion from the Serie A list of Dele Bashiru, due to non-optimal conditions and commitment in the Africa Cup.
Maurizio Sarri can therefore count again on former Inter player Matías Vecino who, according to Il Messaggero, is ready to return after two months of absence, having fully recovered from the first-degree flexor injury that had struck him sixty days ago. Sarri and the Lazio management expect to be able to count on the Uruguayan midfielder, starting from the next match against Atalanta, scheduled for this Sunday at 6.00 pm, as well as in the following match with Juventus.
Lazio, Sarri vetoes Vecino’s sale
In this regard, just now, despite the midfielder’s age, his return among the possible recruits for the next round of Serie A represents a real “breath of fresh air”. However, even before his injury, it was thought that the former Inter player was close to leaving the capital team, which then, of course, did not happen. A situation that had already occurred in 2023, during Sarri’s first term at Lazio, when the Tuscan coach had a decisive role in blocking his move to Galatasaray, considering him an essential element for his tactical balance. A choice that, two years on, seems to have found new confirmation.

Juventus aims to make another move for a player from Germany. The player that the Bianconeri are interested in plays for Bayern Munich.
After signing Kenan Yildiz, the Bianconeri want to make another zero-cost move from Germany for a young talent. Like Yildiz, this player has come up through the youth ranks of Bayern Munich.
Let’s take a look at who this player is.
Juventus Transfer Market: Adin Licina is the target, but there is also another team interested in him

According to the German press, the Bianconeri seem to be interested in Adin Licina, a young forward from Bayern Munich. The 2007-born winger has been playing for Bayern’s youth teams (from U17 to the second team) since 2022 and has scored 18 goals and provided 13 assists in 82 games across all competitions. With the German Youth National Teams (from U15 to U19), he has scored a total of 4 goals in 24 games.
The player’s contract with the Bavarian club expires at the end of the season, and the Bianconeri could take advantage of this for a zero-cost move. There has been no approach yet, neither with Bayern nor with the player’s entourage. However, keep an eye on Borussia Dortmund, as they are also interested in Licina.
