Normal tension in football style

Ivan Juric downplays the altercation with Lookman, emphasizing that such incidents are common in football and are easily resolved in the locker room.
During the last Atalanta match, there was a heated exchange of opinions between coach Ivan Juric and player Ademola Lookman. Juric stated that such incidents are frequent in the world of football, citing a famous quarrel between Conte and De Bruyne that occurred in Naples. According to the coach, emotional reactions are a natural part of the game, especially when players do not take substitutions well. Juric emphasized that the important thing is for everything to be resolved in the locker room and for the focus to remain on the team’s well-being.
The importance of team well-being
Juric reiterated that the main goal remains the well-being of Atalanta. He emphasized how on-field tensions should not distract from achieving collective results. According to the coach, this type of situation should be handled internally, without creating unnecessary controversies. The ability to resolve conflicts and maintain focus on the team is crucial for success in modern football.

Ivan #Juric on the altercation with #Lookman: “These are things that happen every Sunday like Conte-DeBruyne in Napoli, then emotions flare up a bit but are resolved in the locker room. Players don’t take substitutions well and there are emotional reactions. Only #Atalanta and team well-being matter”

The details of the new contract
Views: 40
As every year, with January approaching, rumors about Lorenzo Pellegrini’s future at Roma are becoming increasingly uncertain.
January is approaching and, right on time as always, the rumors have already started swirling about Lorenzo Pellegrini potentially leaving Roma. For almost three years, the midfielder has been linked to Italian, English, and various other teams. Yet, in the end, he has always remained in the team he wanted the most: his Roma.
Even this year, despite a relatively positive start with Gasperini, including 2 goals in 7 league matches, his name has once again taken center stage in the transfer market, due to his contractual situation.
Pellegrini’s contract is set to expire in 2026, and at this rate, by February he could be free to sign with any club. Renewal negotiations are not progressing, hindered by the player’s salary demands, currently at 4.5 million per season plus bonuses. This is a significant amount for any club, especially considering that the ’96 class player will be 30 years old at the end of the season. It is a weighty issue that inevitably fuels the usual winter rumors.

Pellegrini, many teams are watching: but who is truly ready to take him?
Inter has been interested in Pellegrini for some time, especially Napoli, while Juventus is also monitoring the situation. None of these clubs, however, seem willing at the moment to guarantee him the same salary he receives at Roma. Therefore, beyond the rumors, no concrete negotiations have really started. The feeling is that everyone is observing, but no one wants to make the decisive move.
Roma has stated multiple times that they would not consider his transfer a taboo. While it is true that Pellegrini has grown with this shirt and feels it like few others, the club would not oppose his departure if a suitable offer and significant wage savings were on the table.
Who knows if this time, as it has happened before, the soap opera will end with nothing happening. Or if in January, finally, actions will follow words. For now, as always, the impression is that Pellegrini’s future remains a big question mark.
