Midtjylland vs Eintracht Frankfurt: probable line-ups and where to watch it

Qarabag-Lyon, match valid for the fifth day of the Europa League, puts the Azerbaijanis (home team) against Les Gones.
The Azerbaijanis are 29th in the League Phase standings of the Europa League, with three points in four games. They achieved this with just one victory, in the last match against Bodo Glimt. Lyon, on the other hand, is just two points away from the top eight positions, which would guarantee immediate access to the knockout phase.
Qarabag Lineup
Kochalski is the cup goalkeeper. So far, he has played three out of four matches in Europe, while Buntic has only played in the match against Malmo. The Polish player has also featured in seven matches in the Azerbaijani top flight, compared to the four of the German. Coach Knutsen usually does not change the Qarabag’s back four.
The right side of the defense, composed of the Huseynov brothers, is likely to be confirmed, especially since Badavi is a veteran and the team captain. Medina on the center-left with Bayramov as the full-back on that side complete the defense. In the midfield, there are four players competing for two spots.
In Scandinavia, Jankovic and Andrade played, but Isayev and Almeyda are also in contention. The same goes for the three attacking midfielders behind the striker, with Akhundzada challenging Kashchuk on the right. Zouhir (man of the match against the Norwegians) is favored over Leandro Andrade, while on the left Addai is competing with Keyta. The lone striker should be Juninho, but Xhixha is also pushing for a spot.
Lyon Lineup
Lyon must regroup and reset after the financial chaos of recent days. In goal, Perri is clearly ahead of Descamps, and the central defensive partnership of Niakhaté and Clinton Mata should be confirmed. The starting center-right back would be Caleta-Car, but he was not called up for the last Ligue 1 match: his fitness will be evaluated. If he recovers, he should start, but Omari is also an option.
A similar situation applies to Tagliafico, who played 90 minutes in both of Argentina’s matches but was left out of the trip to Reims. His exclusion may have been due to travel, but Abner played for Brazil and still started. There is a competition between the two, with Maitland-Niles and Kumbedi vying for the other full-back spot. Mata could also be adapted to play there if he doesn’t start in the center.
In midfield, Veretout and Caqueret rested (and are expected to start), while Matic and Tolisso played in their place. One of them could be reintroduced if Lyon switches to a 4-3-3 formation, but Cherki is in good form (also scored in the league) and is likely to start. The French-Algerian could also play on the right, as Nuamah did not impress. On the left, Malick Fofana should return in place of Benrahma, while Lacazette will be rested, with either Mikautadze (favored) or Gift Orban ready to start.

Qarabag-Lyon, Probable Lineups
Qarabag (4-2-3-1): Kochalski; Bayramov, Medina, B.Huseynov, A.Huseynov; Jankovic, Andrade; Addai, Zoubir, Kashchuk; Juninho.
Lyon (4-3-3): Perri; Tagliafico, Niakhaté, Omari, Kumbedi; Caqueret, Tolisso, Veretout; Fofana, Mikautadze, Cherki.
Qarabag-Lyon, Where to Watch
The match Qarabag-Lyon, live from 18:45 on Thursday, November 28th at the Lenin Republic Stadium in Baku, will be broadcast live on Sky Sport and streamed on NOW TV/Sky GO.

The future of Euro2032 at risk for Milan: as stated by Ezio Simonelli, the lack of a suitable stadium could compromise the city’s candidacy.
Milan and the challenge of the stadium for Euro2032: The need for timely intervention
Milan is facing a crucial challenge: without a new stadium, the city risks losing the opportunity to host Euro2032. According to the President of Serie A, Ezio Simonelli, it is impossible to renovate the old San Siro stadium to meet the standards required for the prestigious football event. During an interview with Repubblica, Simonelli expressed concern about the delays in appointing a stadium commission, promised by Minister Abodi as early as December.
The situation requires timely intervention by the competent authorities. Simonelli emphasized the urgency of action, as the lack of a concrete plan could jeopardize not only Milan’s candidacy but also Italy’s image in the international football landscape. With time running out, it is essential for institutions to move quickly to find an appropriate solution.
Milan-Torino will be played at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium in Milan
Ezio Simonelli’s words
“It is painful to say, but now San Siro is an inadequate stadium. It is not equipped to host Euro 2032 matches. It cannot be renovated, and it was not possible even when the owner of one of the two clubs was leading the government. Milan without Euro? An incalculable embarrassment.”
The President of Serie A then continued: “It will be a loss for the city if this whole process is thrown overboard due to ideological issues, because if they don’t have San Siro, the two clubs will end up building new stadiums outside the city of Milan. The new stadium will still be called San Siro, even though I think the naming rights will be taken over by a very well-known Italian brand. The only way to maintain the historical significance of that stadium is to build the new one in the same area.”

Steaua Bucharest-Bologna 1-2, Rossoblù raiders in Romania – Soccer style

Fiorentina in Europe is a different story. 0-3 against Rapid Vienna and first place in the standings. Stefano Pioli had the opportunity to speak to the microphones.
The team of the former Milan coach showed a great display of strength tonight. Despite the great difficulties in the league, in the Conference the Fiorentina seems to be heading in the right direction.
Too early to talk about a comeback? The coach of Fiorentina had the chance to discuss this. Here are the words of Pioli, as reported by tuttomercatoweb.

Fiorentina, statements by Stefano Pioli
Does this victory confirm the progress seen in previous matches?
“I believe that in these moments you don’t get out by trying to do many things better, but by focusing on a specific situation. Today we focused on being a determined team, a fierce team in terms of aggression, duels, and pressure. We had good answers and maybe next game we will take another step forward in another situation. The answers were the right ones, we interpreted the game well, and we know that the league is a different situation. Now we have to throw ourselves back in with great attention and determination. Next week we will be busy three times against important opponents.”
Fagioli was among the best players on the field for Fiorentina. Can the responses of players who have had less playing time change the hierarchy?
“It depends on them. There is always someone in the coach’s mind who starts a little lower. If those who are below surpass them, they play. The coach needs results and the team needs to win games. There have been two good answers, it’s true. At this moment, until today, in the Conference we have faced good opponents, but of a lower level, in my opinion, compared to our league. But the answers are there and the coach definitely takes them into account.”
Dzeko has stated that he wants to play more. Why don’t you field three attackers?
“The problem is not the players’ willingness. We are trying to find balances and at the moment the team cannot afford more than two offensive players. We have four or five offensive players. It depends on our moment, our balance, our playing structure. Playing with three offensive players at this moment is a bit more complicated. There may be times when we will have more situations, more technical and tactical contents, which will allow us to field an additional attacker, an additional offensive player. Not at this moment. I understand the desire of all my players to play more games, but this is the path I am following. Džeko knows where my office is, if he wants to talk to me. He is an intelligent guy, a strong player, I know that. I have to try to make the best choices for the team. The results are still not what we hope for, but in my opinion, this is the way. He must continue like this and be ready when called upon, as the other players who played for the first time in this game did well. Hierarchies can change because it will depend a lot on the performances of individuals, the team, and above all the results.”
Fiorentina needs to regain positive energy. How do you work on the mental aspect?
“I understand very well, it is clear that it is my task. I arrived here, called by the club, also with my ambition to raise the level. I have created many expectations, many hopes and the start so difficult probably complicated our situation even from an emotional point of view, from mental thickness. Here I have to be good at working on it. I don’t agree so much on last Sunday’s game. Milan, honestly, also because it was a team with several absences, 10 minutes after we took the lead, never gave us the impression of putting us in difficulty. We miserably failed in a situation when we were down to 10, because our captain was out injured, and there was no spark where everyone had to do a little more. If results were to come, we would be more carefree, brighter, even more beautiful in terms of play. When there are certain situations, you come out of them by putting something extra into the game, especially in delicate, difficult moments. Instead, we did all the basics and allowed Milan to regain confidence, when the game was quite under control. My work focuses a lot on the technical-tactical aspect, but absolutely I have always thought that the most important work of a coach is the psychological aspect. All coaches in Serie A or at certain levels anyway have ideas, know how to work, but how much you can get into a player, how much you can convince him that what you do is right, that willingness you can obtain makes the difference.”
