Milan, who will be the new sporting director? Internal solution on the horizon: two names

Incoming news at Milan for the role of sporting director. The Rossoneri club is evaluating two names to replace Antonio D’Ottavio.
The Milan is preparing to turn the page on the management front. Antonio D’Ottavio is ready to leave his position as sporting director, a decision made following some frictions with Zlatan Ibrahimovic on strategic choices related to the First Team, youth sector, and Milan Future project. The final break came in the last few weeks, prompting the club to reorganize its technical structure.

Milan, one of Carraro or Audasio will be the new sporting director
The future of the role seems already mapped out, with the Rossoneri leaning towards an internal solution. The main candidates to replace D’Ottavio are Alberto Carraro and Dario Audasio, members of the First Team’s Sport and Organizational Secretariat and both holding the title of sporting director.
Internal continuity would ensure a smooth transition and full integration with the existing structure, led by Geoffrey Moncada, Ibrahimovic, and Jovan Kirovski.
The final decision and the subsequent official statement are expected in the coming days.

No good news for Cagliari of Pisacane, who are coming off a home defeat against Bologna: injury for a defender.
The Sardinians are preparing for the next league challenge against Hellas Verona. However, the coach must deal with physical problems affecting a key player for him: Yerri Mina. “The red and blue team of coach Pisacane took to the field this afternoon at the CRAI Sport Center for the resumption of training: thus began the week that will lead Cagliari to the match of the 8th round of the Serie A championship against Hellas Verona, scheduled for Sunday, October 26.
The first part of the session was dedicated to ball possession exercises, followed by a series of small-sided games. To finish, an aerobic workout. Yerry Mina, who needs to recover from a strain in the muscles of his left thigh, worked individually, along with Alessandro Di Pardo, Marko Rog, Nicola Pintus, and Boris Radunovic.
Tomorrow, Wednesday 22, a new training session is scheduled for the morning.”
